Seller and contact
The seller is Meghann Miller, operating as M & M, an individual seller. Contact info@standwithmeg.com. M & M is not an escrow provider.
Availability comes first
Before using checkout, ask Meg to confirm the domain is still available and agree on the transfer route. These names may also be listed on marketplaces. The seller must check for pending sales and remove conflicting listings before confirming a direct purchase. Browsing, an inquiry, or opening checkout alone does not reserve a domain.
Do not agree to or fund an Escrow.com transaction until availability, the exact domain, price, fees and transfer route are confirmed. If any detail differs from the agreed sale, stop and contact Meg before paying. A buyer introduced by another marketplace must follow that marketplace's applicable sale and commission rules.
Price and what is included
All listed prices are in US dollars. Each sale covers only the exact domain shown in checkout. Hosting, email, website files, an operating business, traffic, revenue, audiences and trademark rights are excluded.
Suggested uses are ideas, with no promise of affiliation, legal clearance, search rankings, income or future value. The buyer is responsible for evaluating the name for their intended use. Future registrar renewals and optional services are the buyer's responsibility.
Escrow fees and payment
The checkout is set to seller pays the escrow fee, standard service without paid domain-transfer concierge assistance. Escrow.com calculates the final charges. Payment-method, international-wire or other provider charges may apply as shown in its transaction and payment screens. Review those charges before agreeing or funding. The seller pays its payout-method charges.
Payment and identity information are entered directly on Escrow.com. The shop does not collect card or bank details. Escrow.com's current agreements, verification requirements and available payment methods apply.
Transfer and inspection
The planned delivery is a push to the buyer's eligible Porkbun account. The buyer must provide the correct receiving username through the agreed secure process and complete Porkbun's account and verification requirements. A transfer to a different registrar is available only if separately agreed and eligible; registrar or registry locks may delay it. No instant-transfer deadline is promised.
The seller starts delivery only after Escrow.com confirms the required funding is secured and instructs transfer. The seller removes conflicting marketplace listings before delivery. The buyer accepts Porkbun's account-transfer invitation within its validity period and updates the domain's registrant details as required.
The inspection period is one calendar day, starting when receipt is recorded or verified under Escrow.com's process, not when the buyer first opens checkout. During that period, confirm control of the exact domain and report or reject a problem through Escrow.com before the period expires. Acceptance or expiration of the inspection period may trigger release of funds under the provider's rules.
Cancellation, returns and disputes
Contact Meg promptly about errors or problems. Once a transaction exists, changes, cancellations, any required return of the domain, refunds and disputes follow the agreed transaction, Escrow.com's rules and applicable law. Do not assume a rejected domain is refunded before its return is completed.
Escrow.com states that after approved funding, cancellation or buyer rejection can make the buyer responsible for 100% of the escrow fee even when the original allocation was seller-paid. Other nonrefundable provider charges may apply. This website does not promise unconditional refunds or limit mandatory legal rights.

Website and privacy
Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents, tax identifiers or transfer authorization codes to the inquiry email. Use the relevant provider's secure process. See our privacy notice.
Later website updates do not automatically change an already agreed transaction. A checkout page or return to this shop is not proof of payment, acceptance or completed transfer.
