Information you choose to send

The catalog has email links rather than a hosted inquiry form. A link opens your email app. If you send a message, we receive your email address, any name your email service includes, and the message and attachments you provide.

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss a possible purchase, coordinate an agreed transaction, maintain relevant business records, and address support, security, or legal issues. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Please do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents, tax identifiers, or domain transfer codes through this inquiry route.

What the catalog stores in your browser

The theme selector may save a light, dark, or system preference in local browser storage under domain-shop-theme. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data. Search, category filters, and sorting run in your browser; the catalog does not send those entries to an inquiry database.

The catalog code does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. This does not mean that the hosting or sign-in service never uses cookies or processes access information.

Hosting and other services

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and sign-in information to operate and secure the service. See OpenAI's privacy policy for its practices and applicable regional information.

Email is handled by the email providers used by you and the shop. A domain transaction involves Escrow.com and the relevant registrars. These services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. See Escrow.com's privacy policy. Our checkout button sends the selected domain, price, seller identifier and preset transaction terms to Escrow.com. It does not collect buyer payment details or identity documents. Those are entered directly with the provider. The shop does not store the purchase-review checkbox response.

Access, sharing, and retention

Inquiry information is used by the people who handle shop inquiries and transactions. Information may be shared with the service providers needed to run email and hosting, the parties and providers needed for an agreed transaction, or when required to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.

We keep correspondence and transaction records for as long as needed for the inquiry or transaction, relevant recordkeeping, security, and legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and any ongoing transaction or dispute. Service providers have their own retention practices.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to send an inquiry, avoid including unnecessary personal information, and clear the stored theme preference. Contact us to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may need to verify a request and retain records where a transaction or legal obligation requires it.

Privacy rights and available remedies depend on your location and applicable law. Contact the relevant provider directly for information it independently controls, such as an escrow account or a registrar account.

We will update this page when the site's practices change, including if we add forms, analytics, accounts, or a different hosting service. The date above identifies the current notice.
